BASE is built on a core set of values that Pania and Stu hold to their heart.
We believe it so much that we put it in our company banner.
Healthy Environments, Animals and people.
Its much more than a catch phrase, it’s what we would like to provide to everyone who comes to us, whether its a whole farm plan, setting up a animal health plan or navigating the muddy waters of Farm Environment Planning and compliance.
Who is BASE..
Building trust takes time.
Pania and Stu have been together for 5 years and have worked in the bushiness together for 4 years.
From very different back grounds they have each have a set of skills that when brought together can give you the edge.
Both have year of experience in their fields and have worked together to deliver work and research projects to industry.
Pania is a Vet and has worked as a tutor at Massey Uni.
For the last 6 years she has contracted to DINZ and manage the Advance party delivery of the P2P project.
some of the work under taken for DINZ is running her own advance party, writing and delivering a nation wide parasite management best practice workshop series in the north and south islands, rural professionals workshops.
And undertaking the research and submission of the new deer drench with Nexan.
Her interests include Horses, breeding Bore Meat goats, Chickens and growing some of the best tasting vegetables in the world (in my opinion).
Pania and Stu have a young girl together who also has step brothers and sisters to help make life interesting.
